Alex McClarty is an engineer, entrepreneur, and community advocate from Marshall County, Mississippi. With more than 14 years of experience in manufacturing, automotive, and distribution operations, he specializes in continuous improvement, automation, data analytics, and AI-driven modernization. 

In 2016, he founded Sage Robotics, LLC, an organization dedicated to expanding STEM education and technology opportunities for rural communities. Through Sage Robotics and his community involvement, Alex works to connect education, workforce development, and emerging technologies to help prepare the next generation for future careers. He also serves as a leader and volunteer with the Isaac Chapel Rosenwald Museum and Educational Center, where he supports educational programming and community engagement initiatives.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mississippi and is passionate about creating opportunities that strengthen rural communities through education, innovation, and technology.
